  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brown the chicken on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add apple cider vinegar and honey, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom.
  6. Add the chicken broth and return the chicken to the skillet.
  7. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
