  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. In another bowl, combine the yolks, Parmesan, chives, crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto a lined baking sheet in cloud-like shapes.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and fluffy.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with additional chives if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding garlic powder or onion powder to the yolk mixture.
