Baked Feta Pasta Just Got a Protein Glow-Up

A delicious twist on the classic baked feta pasta, now packed with protein from turkey bacon!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 block feta cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  3. In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the block of feta cheese in the center and add turkey bacon on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling.
  6. Mix the baked ingredients with the cooked pasta.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.

Notes

  • You can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
  • For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon and add more vegetables.
