  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the batter into a greased baking dish. Add the berries evenly over the batter.
  4. Pour the remaining batter over the berries.
