Biscuit and Gravy Casserole

Biscuit and Gravy Casserole is a delicious combination of tender biscuits topped with rich gravy, made more indulgent with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove from heat.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced chicken ham and cook until heated through.
  4. In a saucepan, whisk together flour, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt, then slowly add milk, stirring until thickened.
  5. Layer biscuit dough in a greased baking dish, followed by turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  6. Pour the gravy over the layered ingredients and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
  • Feel free to substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon for a different flavor.
