  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press the biscuit dough into a greased pizza pan to form the crust.
  3. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  4. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Spread the gravy mixture over the biscuit crust.
  8. Top with cheddar cheese and green onions.
