shrimp, peeled and deveined

potatoes, peeled and diced

milk

butter

all-purpose flour

black pepper
1 tablespoon
fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then mash with milk and butter.
In a pan, melt butter and stir in flour, cooking for 1 minute.
Add milk gradually, cooking until thickened.
Stir in the fish and shrimp, seasoning with salt, pepper, and parsley.
Pour the fish mixture into a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add a splash of cream to the mashed potatoes.
Feel free to include other seafood such as scallops or smoked fish.
