Brownie cake pops are a delicious, fun, and indulgent treat perfect for any occasion. These bite-sized desserts are easy to make and a great way to enjoy brownies on a stick.

Ingredients

  • 1 batch brownies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 oz candy coating
  • 12 lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownies according to your preferred recipe and allow them to cool completely.
  2. Crumble the cooled brownies into a bowl and mix in the softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Form small balls with the brownie mixture and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the brownie balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and dip the end of each lollipop stick into the melted chocolate before inserting it into the brownie balls.
  6. Once all the sticks are in, return the brownie pops to the refrigerator to cool for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Coat each brownie pop in the melted candy coating until evenly covered, then allow them to set on parchment paper.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of salt to the brownie mixture.
  • Decorative sprinkles can be added on top of the candy coating while it is still wet.
