Burrata Pasta (One Pot!)

A delightful one pot pasta dish featuring creamy burrata that promises comfort and ease.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
