  • 4 large eggs
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 3 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing in between, until well combined.
  5. Fold in chopped apples and cinnamon.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
