- 1 head cauliflower
- 200 grams turkey bacon
- 150 grams chicken ham
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Begin by chopping the cauliflower into small florets.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the cauliflower. Cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- While the cauliflower is cooking, in a skillet, add olive oil and sauté the turkey bacon until crispy.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
- Once the cauliflower is cooked, drain and return it to the pot. Add the chicken ham and sautéed mixture.
- Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Toss everything together and serve warm.
