  • 1 pound rigatoni pasta
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked rigatoni, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, chopped turkey bacon, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
