- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add in the onions and garlic, cooking until the onions are translucent.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and cheese until the cheese is melted.
- Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit, fold the dough over, and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
