Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bombs

These Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bombs are the perfect combination of gooey cheese and savory beef, all wrapped in a flaky biscuit. Ideal for a snack or a party appetizer!

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add in the onions and garlic, cooking until the onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and cheese until the cheese is melted.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit, fold the dough over, and pinch to seal.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add jalapeños to the beef mixture.
  • Serve with salsa or sour cream for dipping.
