1 head cauliflower, riced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
