  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, sugar, salt, and melted butter to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Punch down the dough, roll into balls, and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Melt butter and mix with garlic powder. Brush over the dough balls.
  8. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
