  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the chicken on both sides.
  5. Place chicken in a baking dish and top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
