Chicken Potato Broccoli Casserole

  • 3 cups potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced potatoes, broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
