- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, blend sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk.
- In a greased cake pan, pour the chocolate batter first, followed by the milk mixture on top.
- Bake for about 50–60 minutes, or until set.
- Let cool, then invert onto a serving plate.
