- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt to taste

- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
