Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add in the egg and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  8. While cooling, mix powdered sugar and milk to create the frosting.
