- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
