- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Let it cool and crumble.
