Cottage Cheese & Berry Parfait (30g Protein)

A delicious and healthy cottage cheese and berry parfait high in protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup granola

Instructions

  1. In a glass, layer half of the cottage cheese as the first layer.
  2. Add half of the mixed berries on top of the cottage cheese.
  3. Drizzle one tablespoon of honey or maple syrup over the berries.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the syrup.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.

Notes

  • This parfait can be customized with your favorite fruits.
  • For added crunch, consider adding nuts.
