  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream and chicken broth to the skillet, bringing to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add spinach and cooked fettuccine, tossing to coat.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
