  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add chicken thighs, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  3. Stir in rice, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
