  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions and drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
