  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add shrimp and bell pepper, cooking until shrimp are pink.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stirring in paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Let simmer.
