  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced

  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic until fully cooked.
  2. Layer the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the Crock Pot.
  3. Spread the cooked beef mixture over the potatoes.
  4. Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the top.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
