  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, blend the dates until a paste forms.
  3. Add peanut butter, cocoa powder, oats, nuts, vanilla extract, and salt to the processor and blend until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking dish and press it down evenly.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
