Dump-and-Bake Chicken Parmesan Casserole

A simple and delicious one-dish meal that combines classic chicken parmesan flavors in a quick and easy casserole.

  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine uncooked pasta, diced chicken, marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and olive oil.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
