  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and a sprinkle of salt.
  3. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the buttered bread.
