Easy & Cheesy Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, olive oil, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a pie dish.
  5. Pour the spaghetti mixture over the sauce, then top with the remaining marinara sauce.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve garnished with fresh basil.

Notes

  • Feel free to add your favorite veggies to the spaghetti mixture.
  • This pie can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until needed.
