- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, olive oil, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a pie dish.
- Pour the spaghetti mixture over the sauce, then top with the remaining marinara sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve garnished with fresh basil.
