Easy Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

An easy and delicious chicken casserole with turkey bacon and stuffing that is perfect for any weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 package stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, turkey bacon, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions.
  4. Layer the chicken mixture in a greased baking dish, then spread the prepared stuffing on top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and golden brown on top.
  6. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and return to the oven for another 5 minutes until melted.

Notes

  • This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
