  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  4. Stir in the cooled coffee until smooth.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Let cool before preparing the tiramisu frosting.
  7. In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and coffee liqueur until smooth.
  8. Spread the mascarpone mixture over the cooled brownies and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
