  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 6 cups bread cubes
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups hollandaise sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Grease a baking dish and add the bread cubes, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and meat, making sure to soak all the pieces.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. The next morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Bake for 45 minutes until the casserole is puffed and set.
  7. Serve warm with hollandaise sauce and a sprinkle of chives on top.

Notes
