This Fruity Trifle is a delightful and light dessert featuring layers of fresh fruits, creamy custard, and sponge cake.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 pound sponge cake, cut into cubes
  • 3 cups vanilla pudding or custard
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large trifle dish, layer half of the sponge cake cubes on the bottom.
  2. Spread half of the vanilla pudding over the sponge cake.
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the pudding.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining cake, pudding, and berries.
  5. Top with whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
