  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough, then divide it into small balls.
  6. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and oregano in a bowl.
  7. Dip each dough ball in the garlic butter mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes before baking.
