- 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, combine the gluten free flour, warm water, yeast, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a rope.
- Shape the ropes into pretzels and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add baking soda.
- Boil each pretzel for about 30 seconds, then remove and place back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, brush the pretzels with melted butter before serving.
