  • 2 pounds Korean short ribs
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create a marinade.
  2. Place the short ribs in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the short ribs from the marinade, shaking off any excess, and discard the leftover marinade.
  5. Grill the short ribs for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  6. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions.
