Healthy Breakfast Apple Crumble

A delicious and healthy twist on the classic apple crumble, perfect for starting your day off right.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the apples with cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, honey or maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until crumbly.
  4. Spread the apple mixture in a baking dish and top with the oat mixture.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the apples are tender.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
