Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
