High Protein Banana Breakfast Bread – Delicious & Filling

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the oats, protein powder, Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt to the mashed bananas.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing.
