- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the oats, protein powder, Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt to the mashed bananas.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
