High-Protein Egg White Bites

Delicious and nutritious high-protein egg white bites, packed with turkey bacon and fresh spinach for a delightful breakfast or snack.

  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the egg whites, turkey bacon, spinach, cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin tin.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden.
