  • 1 package lasagna noodles
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Break the lasagna noodles into pieces and add them to the skillet.
  3. Pour the marinara sauce over the noodles and stir to combine.
  4. Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
  6. Stir in ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese until well combined.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and cover until melted.
