- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken pieces in this mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the coated chicken and fry until golden and crispy.
