  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken pieces in this mixture.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the coated chicken and fry until golden and crispy.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot.
