- 12 slider rolls fresh
- 1/2 pound salami
- 1/2 pound pepperoni
- 1/2 pound ham
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
- Layer the meats evenly over the rolls.
- Sprinkle the provolone and mozzarella cheese over the meats.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the cheese.
- Top with the slider roll tops and cover with foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
