Hot Italian Sub Sliders

Delicious and cheesy Hot Italian Sub Sliders stuffed with your favorite meats and melted cheese, perfect for lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls fresh
  • 1/2 pound salami
  • 1/2 pound pepperoni
  • 1/2 pound ham
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the meats evenly over the rolls.
  4. Sprinkle the provolone and mozzarella cheese over the meats.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the cheese.
  7. Top with the slider roll tops and cover with foil.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sliced banana peppers or jalapeños.
  • These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
