- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, vegetable oil, black pepper, and salt.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
