Instant Pot Corn Chowder

A warm and comforting Instant Pot corn chowder with turkey bacon, perfect for cozy nights.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups frozen corn kernels
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté and cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add diced onions and cook until translucent.
  3. Add corn, chicken broth, diced potatoes, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
  4. Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  5. Release pressure, stir in heavy cream, and return chopped bacon.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
