- 1 pound kielbasa sausage
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, brown the kielbasa over medium heat.
