  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  2. Shape the mixture into oval koftas.
